"I contacted Steve’s appliance repair to troubleshoot a dishwasher in my home. The response time was very rapid and we scheduled a visit for the following day. Steve was very honest, direct and straightforward. His assessment was that it would be unwise to repair the machine based on the cost - versus purchasing a new machine. I’m sure Steve could’ve profited handsomely from the repair but he did the right thing.
