Only critique would be a slight gap between the backsplash and wall, which had I noticed sooner I am sure they could have corrected with caulk or pushing backsplash closer. It is hardly noticeable. "Astar has done three jobs for us, a top of the line regency gas fireplace, an indirect hot water heater and now, the most impressive - a Kohler natural gas whole house automatic generator. All of these are top of the line equipment. The owner, Ed always answers his phone if you ever have a question. "It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"The quality of Air Comfort's work is outstanding! I have used them several times to install Mitsubishi ductless A/C units throughout the house. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Jim Brady sends me a reminder every year to do a "service call" to make sure the units are fully charged and clean them. I cannot say enough good things about him. I had a couple of units installed by another contractor (prior to finding Air Comfort) and the quality of his work is so much better + he knows what he's doing and is able to get the job done quickly! Jim has been in the business for years so he's really experienced at doing installs of the ductless A/C units whereas so many contractors these days have "jumped in" and don't know what they are doing. It takes them longer and the install is sub-par. You can't go wrong with Air Comfort. I recommend them highly."

"We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof.
