"My roof was damaged by high winds and rain during Hurricane Ida this past September. With more storms predicted, I needed to repair or install a new roof. My neighbor had used I. L. Home Evolution Inc. on her house, and I saw the quality of work they did, how the job was done in one day, and how they cleaned up and hauled away the debris. I called for an estimate, and the owner came by the same day. He gave me a very fair price to remove all the old shingles and roofing felt, right down to the wood deck, to repair any damage the deck wood might need, replace all the flashing, and re-roof the whole house. The price included cleaning up the site hauling away all the debris. He gave a 10 year guarantee against leaks for his work, and used GAF 50 year shingles. He sent me a contract to sign and asked for 50% deposit. I called him once i signed the contract and told him I was ready to pay the deposit and schedule the job. He came over the next evening , picked up the check, and said he would be by at 7:30 am the next day to do the job. He and his crew were at the house the next morning, and got right to the job. When I left for work that afternoon, the roof had been stripped down to wood, the prep work was finished, and they were nailing down the underlayment. When I got home from work at 8:00 pm, the roof was finished, the clean-up was done, and everything looked great. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a good roofing professional."
