Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

You're putting your faith into someone to do the job and at the same time not take you for a ride for all you're worth. Mark was that professional for us when our water heater went. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and his rates were very reasonable compared to others. It was a pretty extensive job. Mark ended up installing a combination water heater and boiler unit to replace the broken system and our ancient boiler. He left our basement better than when he started.
