"Mitch was great to deal with. He contacted me very quickly to discuss the issue with my water heater pilot light not staying lit. He fully explained his service over the phone and he came the next day. He contacted me to say he was running behind and he would be at my home 30 minutes later than expected. He was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained his actions while he diagnosed the problem. He answered any questions I had. He completed the job in a timely manner. The cost of the work was reasonable and fair. I would hire this company again."

"Moved heavy boiler up difficult site. Installed in one day. Very professional and patient in detailed explanations of complex zoning issues. Prices are high in Dutchess Co. compared to other areas of NY. I generally think plumbers are a safer bet for a maintenance plan and longer lasting businesses than most HVAC companies."

"It was really refreshing to meet a hard-working crew in this day and age. John and his team did their job in a timely, neat and incredibly professional manner. I feel incredibly lucky that John installed my new boiler. Just the difference between my old and new install was remarkable, The dude can do it all so if you have any needs whatsoever DO NOT HESITATE to call him. Thank me later."

"I was extremely happy with the service. Nate Parker returned the call quickly and was there early the next morning to install the new water heater. He even verified the unit before and after installation via text pics as I was in another state."

"Had an oil to lp gas conversion. Needed to replace the boiler, existing hot water tank and remove the oil tank. Joe's Plumbing gave a great price, neat work, honest and easy to work with. The materials were high quality and they finished a head of schedule."

"I had an excellent experience with Aquarius Master Plumbing and Heating. On a Sunday, I submitted a request through the Angie app for a leaking toilet seal that was allowing water to drip into my basement. They responded almost immediately and scheduled a technician for 8:00 AM the very next morning. Jason arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair efficiently. It was obvious he was highly experienced—everything he did was second nature to him. He worked neatly, kept the work area clean, and took pride in his workmanship. On top of that, he was courteous, professional, and a true gentleman. From the prompt response to the quality of the repair, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use Aquarius Master Plumbing and Heating again and highly recommend them."

"Anthony and his assistant Pat showed up a half hour early for the appointment. Spent a lot of time trying to find a leak I had in the bath. Had to replace a defective faucet which leaked into the garage. Also had them replace valves under the sink and snake out a backed up drain from the laundry. Showed up the next day on time and went to work. Explained exactly what he was doing and completed everything expertly. Very pleasant and professional. Would recommend and will use him again"
