Water Heater - Install or Replace
Our Installer and his crew did an amazing job in replacing an old hot indirect water heater. They went above and beyond and explained and updated old fittings. Would highly recommended them for any job

Initially it looked like it went great. Once the unit was in operation, we would hear banging noises several times each night. I brought that up to Hakeem, but we couldn't reproduce the noise in the few minutes he was there. So he just dismissed my concern. Only a little over 2 years later the system broke. Not only could he not fix it, he refused to help me find someone who could. He got rather snotty with me and ignores my phone calls and most of my texts in the middle of the winter. He has no compassion for his customers in a time of need. I paid him over $20,000 to have this faulty system installed. Very disappointed. The electrician he recommended did questionable work as well. Leaving holes in fuse box and wires sagging on the outside of the house.

"Ma’am I showed up every time you called me for 3 years. I cancelled my installation to come to your house 3 years later for free. I found the system running but told you to contact an electrician because I sensed an electrical problem. No charge. The next day you called me saying the system isn’t working. I explained that I couldn’t come back that day due to me re-scheduling the day prior. You got snotty as if I was being unreasonable. I explained that my workmanship guarantee applies for one full year. Three years later, you hadn’t been charged once for a visit, yet you still think I honored my part of the bargain. That’s why I refused to come back. Also the money you spent was complete with 2 floors of ducting, soffits framed, sheetrocked, speckled, sanded, etc. you ma’am, are the reason I didn’t come back that last time."

Hakeem showed up promptly and added a "tee", shut-off and propane quick-connect valve to my permanent home propane tanks so I can temporarily connect my generator when needed. He is always friendly, confident in his work and always thinking of ways to make things work more efficiently.

Hakeem showed up and diagnosed my issue fairly quickly and we scheduled a follow-up appointment to install a new compressor. Hakeem spent a long time confirming that we had no refrigerant leaks. Hakeem is an honest guy, has a lot of pride in his work and has extremely fair prices. He is now my permanent HVAC/plumber.

Excellent. The whole job was done in one day. All the guys were very professional and courteous took the time to explain everything to me. Would definitely hire them again. And fair price also. Unit has been running for 5 months no problems love the heat pump saves a lot of money in oil.

His pricing was reasonable. He was very thorough, he cleaned out the filters for me as well. Very cordial, and on time. I have nothing negative to say about him at all. Being a contractor myself and owning several apartment buildings its very rare to come across a contractor like this.
