Retaining wall came out better than I expected. Very nice work

Jon and team replaced a wood retaining wall along my driveway with a beautiful stone wall. Super satisfied with the work. Would recommend to anyone who needs hardscaping work done.

Jon and his team were true professionals. You could tell they really care about the quality of their work. He was up front and clear about costs throughout the project. His communication was fantastic, frequently texting or calling with updates or questions. Jon was on-site and taking part in the project for the majority of the time. We completely renovated a backyard with an inground pool coping, porcelain pavers, kitchen, stoop and fire pit. Jon provided great advice and exceeded expectations.

Quick, efficient, and took great care

The team, led by Jon, were very professional. The entire process from the quote to the completion of the job was excellent. I thought the cost was fair and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They installed the patio as we discussed and left my yard very tidy. It was very well done.

Jon and his crew did a marvelous job. EVERYONE who comes over is in awe of the job. You will get nobody better. Don’t go for the cheapest company; we went that route and it cost us big time. JA LAND DEVELOPMENT provided an estimate for grading the entire property front & back with top soil in preparation for the installing of sod. He took the lead in coordinating the designing of the driveway, installation of pavers around the driveway, coordinated the blacktop install and recommended an in ground sprinkler company. Not one issue, all workers were polite and helpful. Always responded in minutes to any questions or concerns we had. He couldn't be any nicer. I would recommend John Anderson - JA LAND DEVELOPMENT - to anyone.

JA Land Development came to my house for an sod insulation. Not only did my sod lawn look amazing . They took there time out of their day to clean my driveway by power washing and blowing it off. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you again JA Land Development.

Jon was a pleasure to work with. He showed up promptly to give us a quote and we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He responded immediately to every question and concern we had about the project before, during and after the project was complete. He was present and an active participant on the project the entire time. We would highly recommend him and plan on having him complete another project in our yard in the future.

Jon and his team were responsive, prompt and efficient. After the landscaper my condo HOA uses killed a few of my shrubs, I wanted a different landscaper to help clean up the mess. Jon gave me a fair price, his team showed up on time and completed the work in about 30 minutes. I would hire this team again in a heartbeat.

Jon is a true professional and passionate about what he does. We needed soil (14 yards) delivered and graded near our property line for a fence we were getting in less than a week. I left him a message Friday afternoon, he called back within 20 minutes and immediately stopped by our house an hour later to look at the job. He knew there was a sense of urgency since we were getting the fence the following week and he showed up on Monday in the rain with one other person. They worked hard, did a great job, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend him. It’s hard to find someone with his hustle and work ethic.

Very happy with job, Very proficient, timely and professional

I contacted 3 different landscapers and Jon was the fastest to respond. I was in a time crunch because we are having pictures taken to sell my house and there was a dead bush and dead tree we needed replaced. Jon was quick to respond, professional, reasonably priced and willing to do the work in the time frame I needed. I would definitely hire Jon again.

From the first interaction with JA, they were prompt, professional, courteous and on time. I would highly recommend them for landscaping jobs big and small. Jon, the owner, provided a detailed estimate and was onsite during the whole project. Not only did they plant many trees but they built a retaining wall and added drains. I could not be happier with the work from JA and would not hesitate to recommend them fully. Planted over 20 trees, built retaining wall, added drains, moved irrigation, reshaped beds and redesigned landscaping suggesting appropriate plantings for each new section

Seldomly will I go out of my way to write a review. However, I felt compelled. I contacted the owner Jon as he was recommended by an employee. He returned my voicemail message the same day. An appt was set up with a few days. Jon came prepared with everything needed to assure my husband and I that he was not only professional but capable. The main reason we hired him was because he promised (although the owner) he would be on the job the entire time. Jon was on the job every day until completion. Easy to approach, great ideas, listens and ultimately DELIVERS! You cannot go wrong. Reasonably priced as well !!!

He did the drainage and a paver patio wit a fireplace that looks amazing. He added a huge boulder retaining wall the turned out amazing. He stands by his word and is consciousness and professional.

Jon and his professional staff were amazing. Having bought a house that needed work, I have had to contact many contractors. Beyond a doubt, Jon was the most professional, hard working, meticulous, fair contractor that we have ever hired. Jon and his team provide outstanding quality work at a very fair price. When he was done, he had successfully transformed a neglected front yard and decaying steps into a beautiful site that we loved coming home to. I wish other contractors were like Jon because he really is the exception.

The man always showed up on time with his entire crew ready for a full days work. He always explained in detail what his plans were for the work to be accomplished on that day. He would call ahead of time if he expected the weather was going to hamper his schedule. The entire job was completed on time, on budget and we couldn't be happier with our new exterior landscaped living space.
