"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

"Fair $, but turned into a nightmare. Once concrete poured, did a decent job at trowling smooth , but didn't bevel front edge right for water run off. I believe he has the knowledge, just would not show up or do it. Never on time - if showed at all. So much work needed before day of pour, no-show until that day and then showed up 1.5 hrs late- same time as concrete truck showed up. Did not bring jersey bucket to get cement into back yard, so my driveway was damaged, but thankfully he did repair that. I did all, including 4 hrs digging night before, as I guessed he would not show up again. Concrete was to be sloped on outer edge. Water sits. Their time investment on site: 5 hrs removing old cement & 5 hrs pouring- leveling cement. My time from contract date: over 14 hrs with pick and shovel, and I am 67 I had to do 99% ground prep. After pour, Did not come back and put in expansion cuts, so I did. All which I paid them to do. I believe he could do good work, if he put in effort "

I called them and they came out and look at it and did a thermal image. They said that a wire mess in the one room caused the wall to not be filled. They should have known there was an issue. I questioned the rest of the house and they said the thermal image showed no heat loss. I doubted them and they said they could drill holes in every room. I drilled three holes on the outside of my living room. One showed insulation but did not fill the cavity. The other two did not show any insulation that the thermal image did not catch. They offered me $250 for the one room. They have not responded to 2 emails and 2 phone calls after I found issues in the living room. They said they would make it right and told the BBB they would make it right and I have not heard from them for 3 months."
