"They did a great job and communicated everything they were doing to keep us in the know when they first came to do our insulation. Very nice people! As with old houses, there was no air duct where they went to blow insulation in the walls so they accidentally blew insulation in our bedroom thru the vent. They cleaned it up all nice and neat, but when we found out months later after turning the heat back on, the vent wasn't blowing heat, they came right out and took care of the blockage for us. Would definitely recommend them!"

"I was very pleased with the whole process.  I vetted four other contractors, all offering about the same product, High Efficiency, Variable speed.  But my salesman, Jason, was really patient with me as it took me several weeks before I made my decision.  I did about 20 hours of research, on the contractors ( Reputable names, you would know), the make and model of the furnace and also the cost factors.  I had an Energy audit done by John Betlam and that went well. But they were the only contractor to mention the NYSERDA program  and I qualified for some funding.  That was a huge bonus!!  I started my search in August and finally made my decision by the end of September.  I chose October 12 for the date of the installation, and the weather was still mild.
  Everything went smoothly with the install.  They arrived  at 8:00.  I received a confirmation call the day before and both installers ar Lanny and Jeff., arrived promptly.    They were professional, and explained everything as they went along.
