He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! The projects took about 13 weeks to complete - pretty quick for all the work that was done. The end result is spectacular - we have transformed our tired old house! We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. "I hired Joni to completely renovate my property, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. He wasted a lot of my time because he didn?t know how to properly complete the paperwork needed to obtain permits. He also works with only one person, which made it unrealistic for him to take on such a large project. As a result, the renovation took far longer than expected. Throughout the process, I had many disagreements with him. He later brought in workers to install the tiles, but the job was done very poorly?the floors are uneven and wavy. The entire renovation took over a year, and even then, he didn?t finish the work. His excuse was that his worker had been detained by federal authorities (ICE). Overall, I do not recommend hiring Joni for any renovation projects."
