For units out of warranty we charge $20 to $40 dollars (depending on size of unit) for a bench fee and that is deducted from the labor if you decide to have the unit fixed. We also provide In-Home Service for those units too big to lug around. Service Calls start at $75 dollars in town (Hornell) and prices vary outside of town depending on travel distance. This includes the trip charge and the first half hour of labor (in which most cases is all it takes). If a part needs to be ordered the second trip is free.
