When I made an appointment with their representative, he showed up almost the same day. I set up the appointment for the first visit, and the guys showed up and set up the traps. In a few days they showed up to seal what they thought were the holes. After a month, when, the days got colder, I noticed the cherry puts in the basement, which we oainted before, so there were no old traces of rodents. I called the off I ce and told them about that. The receptionist in the office said that the manager will contact me. I am still waiting for that call. Meanwhile I am putting traps myself instead of enjoying my freepest home. Do not recommend that business. Too expensive for broken promises.

Every person we’ve talked to has been so knowledgeable and nice. They tell you everything you’re doing, give you different options, and don’t try to sway you to the pricier options. They just tell you what’s best but what other options are too. They set us up with a 4 seasons plan and it gives me so much peace of mind.
