Excellent. From our first phone call to the completion of the work everything went like clockwork. The quality of their work is fantastic. They all treat customers the way it should be done and address every question with promptly and clearly. No surprises. Would highly recommend this copy. You won't be sorry. And their cost was half of other quotes we received. We are completely satisfied.

Were very happy with the work they did everything went as promised and were easy to work with. They removed the old cabinets sand installed the new ones in four days. Most of the time two men were working but to remove the cabinets there were a few. They kept the house clean and the cabinets look great, the price seemed very good to us, Two minor comments, they typoed the design and had to come out and remeasure, make sure you check the blueprint. Also they were prompt maybe a little too prompt came about 1/2 hour early on a couple of days

Install was done quickly and efficiently. Cabinets install in one day. Granite counter tops install 2 days later.

Selection of quartz material in showroom, followed by onsite visit to measure counter tops all completed within a week. Installation was scheduled for early May about 1 month following measurements. A few days prior to the install we visited the warehouse to confirm the correct quartz as ordered and selected a granite remnant for the vanity top. We also dropped off a new sink, purchased separately, for cut out template. Two days prior to the install workers came to our house because they were not sure of the exact measurement for the unique eating peninsula. Workers asked if they could remove the existing peninsula counter top to use as a template. We agreed and they quickly removed it and took it away without any issues. Installation crew of 4 workers arrived 1 hour early to remove remaining kitchen counter tops and bathroom vanity top with integrated sink. Counter tops, backsplash and two sinks were installed within 2 hours. Brackets were installed to secure dishwasher frame to the counter and cabinets, and one counter seam was required because our kitchen counter sink side was longer than the quartz slab. All work was done professionally, including the counter seam, and cleanup was thorough. We are very happy with our new counters and with the workmanship. However, one issue that required follow up was that the counter top seam was visible because of a slight variation in the darkness of one side compared to the other. Two quartz slabs were required for our installation and apparently they may have been from different 'dye' lots. We contacted Kitchen Express Plus and they asked for photos and were willing to send a representative to our house to confirm. Kitchen Express Plus contacted their supplier and got back to us within two days. We were told that the supplier would provide new matching slabs and Kitchen Express Plus would reinstall that kitchen counter and sink for no cost. We decided to keep the installed counter top rather than go through the process disconnecting the plumbing, removing the installed counter and re-installing a new one. Two months later we remain very happy with our project.

They measured, fabricated and installed beautiful new granite counter tops in my kitchen.  They were professional, prompt and did a great job!  The counter top looks beautiful.  They had the best price in the area!  I would definitely use them again.

It went poorly. They sent a contractor in who all he did was to level on my countertop and say to my house had settled, and this was our problem.  This is a granite countertop that was either flawed or installed badly. If my house had settled that much in one year. I would obviously be aware my house was built in 1956, I've owned the house for 23 years and I have never seen the house settle that much in one year. They obviously either sell poor product or they install badly, but either way they do not stand by their product.

The whole staff was attentive and professional. We worked with John and he was very helpful and worked with us to find just the right slab. Ling came to the house twice and was great in helping us design the perfect island piece. Installation was quick and professional. The guys were great. Cleaned up afterwards and were friendly and helpful. Price was great too. A great experience!!!

The selection was great and the designer did a great laying out the kitchen and advising on materials and options.  The installers were professional and efficient.  The installers spoke little english, but we were able to communicate adequately.  It took about a day and a halve to install the cabinets and another half day for the counter tops. The only issue was that there was one color flaw in one of the counter top sections.  We worked with both the counter top vendor and Kitchen Express to work out and acceptable solution.  It was a maunfacturing issue, not an installtion problem.

they were in and out in 4 days. They came the exact time they said they would and very professional. Only negative they didn't speak English. Would recommend and use again.

Late last year we went to Kitchen Express and picked out the granite that we wanted.  It took us a few months to select the bathroom vanity which was a three cabinet installation made up of two 18" wide cabinets flanking a 30" vanity with sink. The side units were about 3" higher than the center unit. The cabinets that we chose were Armstrong because of positive prior experience.
Also the center unit was mounted 3 " off the wall so that it extended a few inches farther forward than the two side cabinets.
This configuration required three granite sections and a back splash that was higher in the center and we also had a side splash on the one wall side.
The cabinets were professionally installed by CJM Builders (Leo Carpenter) which did an excellent job.  Once the cabinets were installed, Kitchen Express came out to measure, we inspected the granite slab at the warehouse the same day and two days later the granite was installed. This turnaround time is extraordinary.
The installation went without complications and the quality of the job is excellent. Our experience with Kitchen Express was very positive and sales staff were excellent in our various visits and in seeing the project to successful completion.

Wandered into the showroom after recommendations from a friend and are very glad we did. We were thrilled with the service. Price was good, employees were  friendly, and the finished product looks beautiful. This company is very willing to work with you to help you get a kitchen you like. They  answered all our questions and helped us select a style and setup that we liked. They really have expertise to help you, not just sell you something. The work was also done very quickly and when they promised it would be. All of the staff, from the showroom to the people who installed the product, were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

See above. Overall, we're pleased with the job, and we saved significant money in the process. 
One additional comment: My wife wasn't totally happy with the way the floor tile was laid; it was put down without thought to the flow of one tile to another. There was no definite pattern to our tile, but the floor would've looked better if a box of tiles was opened in another room, the tiles laid out and arranged according to their subtle characteristics; then transferred to the kitchen floor. I'd suggest you pay particular attention to this detail, or look into hiring a subcontractor for the tile who will do this for you.

    We were contemplating upgrading our kitchen countertop to granite. We began the process with the BIG BOX stores and were not completely satified with the expertise of the staff or the price, so we went on Angie's list and discovered KItchen Express Plus and could not be more pleased. We went to thier showroom spoke with a very knowledgable saleperson. She understood her product and services and was able to guide us through the enitre buying process within a half hour. Everything she told us was clear and accurate from staet to finish. The owner came out to measure the countertop right on schedule (actually a little early). By the way unlike the BIG BOX stores she was able to measure without taking the old countertop off ( THe BIG BOX boys insist the old countertop must come off to measure which theyare willing to do for $600). We were then able to inspect our slap locally prior to it being cut. The installation was done as scheduled. The installation crew ( 4 asian men short on english but long on ability to set a countertop) wewre great as well. Entire installation with cleanup less than hour and half. Plus there was no additional charges the price quoted in the showroom was the price we paid. The countertop looks great. comparing apples to apples with the BIG BOX stores $1000 cheaper.

Very well. Only hitch: corbels were delayed a day. Supplier delivered to wrong address, but Kitchen Express Plus tracked down the corbels and retrieved them.

We gave them a completely clean room.  New electric, new flooring, new windows.  They had a clean slate.  They put in new cabinets and granite countertops.  Our house is old and very slanted.  They made it look great. 

  All went well.  Work was done on the date selected at the time we placed our order.  The installers worked very hard and were very fussy.  Midway through the installation process (about 6 p.m.) the owner of Kitchen Expressions Plus came to our house to assist.  When installation was done, they cleaned up very thoroughly.
  Kitchen Expressions Plus gave us names of good subcontractors to do work they do not do. That worked out equally as well.
  I shopped around for other estimates.  KEP was the best.   All in all,a very professional company that I do recommend.

The work went smoothly for the most part and we are very pleased with the finished product. There were a few glitches along the way that were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. The owner is very anxious to have satisfied clients. Although the workmen were not proficient in English we were able to communicate with the office and they promptly contacted the men in their native language, Jamie is an excellent designer and gave us very good advice and suggestions. Laurie and Megan were also extremely helpful and easy to deal with.
