- Greczyn Brothers Appliance Repair and Service LLCExcellent service! These guys are THE BEST!! Home warranty company first suggested another technician who falsely diagnosed the problem and ordered replacement parts. After months of texted excuses and delays, he finally sent others over who replaced the parts but since the unit still didn't work, they thought it 'might' be the control panel. Original technician said he would order the panel but never returned to see if that was the problem. I complained to the home warranty company and asked for a new technician and they suggested Greczyn Brothers who responded quickly and arrived within two days. After correctly diagnosing the problem (severed wires at the bottom of the freezer door) they said the freezer door (with new wires) needed to be replaced. Warranty company said they don't cover the door and the replacement would be nearly the price of a whole new refrigerator! Spoke to Greczyn Brothers again and they agreed to come out again and try to splice the wires, with no guarantee how long it would last. They did, and in about an hour it worked and the unit made (and dispensed) the first ice since December when the saga began. These guys saved me a ton of money, were prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable. Can't recommend them highly enough

Was promised delivery of Dishwasher,June 16th, I took a day off work (cost ne $475) to be there for installation, as in-home service companies require. After THREE calls to "Ben's Appliances" & 3 DIFFERENT employees +My FULL PAYMENT (!) , they blame a 3rd party Dishwasher installer", "Jack"... Ben's Appliances would NOT give me Jack's ph #. I got a call within an hour of sending the email and arranged for a repairman to arrive between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. I was told that the repairman would call me when he was 30 minutes away from arriving. The repairman did call around 12:30 and was only 20 minutes away from my location. He was prompt and very professional. Even though it became clear there was no actual problem for him to fix, he ran through several cycles to ensure that it was not a fluke result. When a new light came on "Hot surface", he indicated that this light would automatically turn off in 3 minutes time - the amount of time necessary to cool down. He stayed around to ensure that indeed the light extinguished. The only thing that could have beat my expectations was if "no charge" was assigned instead of $50.00. That said, the fee was very reasonable for coming out and the peace of mind gained was well worth the price

- AAAA Aaron Repair Service LLCMy electric dryer would not heat, although there was electric service to the appliance. I called Don, and he suggested that I check the circuit breakers to be sure they were on. I told him I had already checked the breakers, and that the light came on when I turned on the dryer. As a woman, I didn't understand the electric service, and he told me that there were basically two power systems, one for the normal 115 volt service, and the 230 volt, I think, for the heat. Apparently, the 240 volt service at the circuit breaker was off. All I had to do was turn the circuit breaker back on, and I had instant heat in my dryer. All this was done in a phone call - no service charge, no charge of any kind. Amazing! I am so happy I called. Will definitely call Don the next time I have a problem with any appliance

"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service.
