The tech arrived promptly, I was impressed with the professionalism and skill, plus the friendliness of the gentleman. He willingly explained the reason the dishwasher stopped working. The next day I received a phone call from Besecker and Coss Service providing an update on the Extended Warranty decision. Everyone involved at this service Company has been great to deal with!

I called about my dryer not heating up to dry the clothes. I also asked them to reverse the direction the door opened. I was called the day before to let me know when they would be there to fix the dryer. The technician came on time. He was here for about 30 minutes. He started by reversing the dryer door. Then he fixed the issue of not heating up, It was a blown fuse. He then proceeded to vacuum out the dryer so it would be totally cleaned out to prevent any build up. The technician then gave me some hints to help prolong the life of my washing machine.
