my daughter hit a bear on the highway at night. the collision sprung the front end. we delivered the car to the shop ourselves, since it was drivable. he gave me an estimate by phone and commenced work immediately. although the car is 10 years old, he was able to get 2nd hand parts as good as new but at half the cost because he personally drove to the recycling facility. the car was repaired within a week.
