Very careful work habits, careful analysis aware of sensitivities of a 230 year-old house, quick to follow up on punch list items and respond to rework requirement.

Called last winter with no heat and they were here within hours. Very skilled and had the furnace cleaned and repaired very quickly. Ran well for the rest of the winter. Called recently to get an outdoor faucet repaired and had to wait a few weeks. It was not an emergency, so that was acceptable. Had a flood locally, so understandable delay. The individual who did the repairs was polite, careful to not damage my home (unlike previous workmen), and cleaned up the work area before leaving. Will use this business again as it was a good experience and quality work.

Barry was very professional throughout the process. When the codes officer asked for a red cover to be placed on the boiler shut-off switch, instead of a black one, he installed it the next day. We passed inspection a day later. When the flood occurred he gave us repair/replacement estimates promptly. He will be doing all of our plumbing and heating work to get the house ready to move back into. East Hill Plumbing and Heating is a wonderful company to work with.
