He sent one of his workers (Elton) who was not only able to resolve/fix the issue in a matter of mins, but Elton was also kind enough to fix/seal a pipe under the sink which our contractors messed up while installing it. Not only that, but Elton also saw my family and I struggling with a smart thermostat and he went out of his way to help us with the thermostat as well - Jack of all trades!!
