Four Season Piping & Mechanical

He started breaking the plastic cover without asking, instead of properly removing it. He was disorganized and ended up putting one of the old parts in the shower body and blamed building water systems for the issue. The apartment hired a plumber only to find the cause was the old part inside the shower body Four Seasons Piping and Mechanical did not replace. I kept all of the old parts along with the new cartridge that he did not put in. He broke the inside trims to save time instead of properly removing them. He was disorganized and put the old part. He assembled a metal plate in the incorrect place. I was prepared for the worst, but he made it worse below and beyond. And no refund. Time and money down the drain.
