We had a broken sewer pipe. We couldn't flush or shower. After 2 plumbers, the 3rd time was a charm. Lazer fixed our problem in one day with his high tech camera and hardworking men. I highly recommend NYC Plumbing.

Pipe was not installed properly had water in basement. Had to call a master plumber to reinstall hot water pipe. Would not recommend him as a plumber.

Wow, I was so impressed with the responsiveness of Lazor and the professionalism of Fredi. This is the first time I have used them, and the undermounted sink in my kitchen was falling. Fredi diagnosed the problem quickly, and came up with an interim solution right away. It turns out the sink was never installed properly, so I need to go back to my contractor on this, but at least it is workable for now. Prompt, efficient, and professional service. I will definitely be calling them again.
