Have used HTI before and was familiar with their work. They did not disappoint as this was very hard needing encapsulation and numerous holes. Went from over 18 to less then .5pci/l over night. Made the whole basement smell better and they did a great job of hiding all the piping. By far the best out there and easy to work with. As honest as it gets.

Great job, low cost.

This company is more interested in taking your money than giving informed test results. We ordered a home inspection, as well as water flow tests and a well FHA or VA water test. We have no idea what these tests are but just wanted reassurance that the water source is good and free from chemicals. Turns out the water is city water. There is no well. We paid an extra $240.00 for information that did not need to be done. I never received any water test results so I phoned Mr. Dorsey and he said he *assumed* it was a well because we ordered the test and there was no refund. This home inspection was on a camp we were interested in purchasing and knew nothing about. We hired Mr. Dorsey to enlighten us with his knowledge yet he *assumed* things to charge us money. Do not use this company!

I was very pleased with both the inspection, which was very thorough and detailed, and the Radon mitigation work, which was completed in a timely manner with excellent results. I would highly recommend Home Technology Inspections to anyone who would need their services.

Selling my house and ended up having slightly high levels of radon. They were able to come very quick and get it taken care of professionally same day for a very fair price. Very responsive and saved me a lot of headache and got my house sold as fast as I could!!

The over all cost is high for what is done. Shopped around, and they were very competitive, but for the material and labor it is a very expensive repair.

These guys were the only NYSDOH certified radon contractors around. They got my levels below 1Pci/l and installed a real nice fan you wouldn't even know is there. Prompt, professional and reasonable. These guys are true professionals, highly recommended. Best warranty in the business.

HTI has a very competitive estimate, was able to accommodate getting work done on short notice and guaranteed satisfactory radon levels or they would continue the radon mitigation within additional cost. I would hire them again.
