"I was very surprised that I had to take care of all the garbage left, after the work was finished. We did not ask and he did not tell us up front who will remove the garbage and there was 12 ,30 gallons bags. Doors that were put in was not painted, and to finish stairs - extra money. ( they were not finished in a professional way) Unfinished area of basement was not protected and there was so much dust that we have to clean. Workers that work for this company are fast and hard working. No complaints here. We asked him to replace 2 ceiling lights with 2 fans . He said it is like 5 hours of work because he needed to install brackets (cost $450). On the end brackets already existed there, he did not needed to install them, everything was done in 1hr and 15 min, and we paid $400."

He was very pleasant and did exactly what we had asked. He even gave us some information on some future projects we are considering. He was very professional and we would definitely hire him again."
