"Dom and Nick were awesome to work with. Dom was very responsive and answered all the questions we had prior to the start of the project. Not only was a sump pump installed but Nick removed all the dirt/clay/concrete snd replaced with stone. Cleaned up every day after they were done, did great work, everything they said they would do and more! We will use them again and would highly recommend Intensive Renovations!"

The deck is 30 years old, and now looks as good as new. Also, they repaired a set of wooden stairs leading from outside into our basement. I thought they were beyond repair, but are now fully functional. They started the project on the date promised, kept us apprised of their progress, and finished the job on time and at the quoted cost. Everyone went out of their way to make our electrical and plumbing make more sense. For instance, moving an ill-placed furnace turn-off switch, which was in the bathroom to a much better locale.
