Best basement remodelers near Wilton, NY

"I hired Jerry initially to install a new driveway. Not only was he fast and efficient he has a good eye for detail he is a perfectionist. He exceeded my vision of what I initially wanted and the project was completed far exceeded my expectations. I found him to be so knowledgeable I hired him to do additional work on my house. He remodeled my bathroom, installed and wired a washer dryer , installed new lighting in my kitchen that came out amazing, Installed a electric stove, built a 14 foot deck and did various landscaping projects around the property to solve my flooding problems. Jerry has years of experience and was also able to build me a custom screen door , and was able to easily solve any issues that occurred. He is not only professional and friendly I would without question hire him again for future projects ."

"We highly recommend "The Hired Hand" (formerly named B Squared Home Solutions). They made numerous repairs to our deck, and completely refinished it. The deck is 30 years old, and now looks as good as new. Also, they repaired a set of wooden stairs leading from outside into our basement. I thought they were beyond repair, but are now fully functional. They started the project on the date promised, kept us apprised of their progress, and finished the job on time and at the quoted cost. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and plan to have them do future projects."

"They have renovated 2 rooms and done a variety of other repairs and painting over the year. Always prompt, excellent work, trustworthy, interested in pleasing customer and could go on and on. I'll use their services again and again."

"We had a lot of little jobs around the house that needed to get done, and I wouldn’t call anyone else but Rowell Design Build. Everyone who visits is amazed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Something my wife liked is, at the end of the day, he cleaned up to the point where there was no dust"

"Incredibly versatile contractor. Able to accommodate everything we asked for including removing a load bearing wall, moving of electrical outlets and light switches, plumbing and flooring. They helped us completely change the look and feel of our space changing a cramped floor plan into a modern open plan bringing the whole space together. The owner Adam is incredibly knowledgeable, prompt and will work with you to meet your needs, even if you change your mind every day. Highly recommend for your next remodel and will use them again."

"This was our first experience with major renovation/remodeling. MRM made the process nearly pain free working closely with us during the process and accommodating requested adjustments throughout. The team was timely, courteous and skilled. While the majority of subcontractors were great, a select few could improve their service. Without question will work with MRM on projects in the future"

"Scott and his crew are AMAZING!! Scott returned our call on the same day. He discusses all the cost associated with you project in a very timely manner. Scott and his crew are very respectful, friendly and certainly know exactly what they are doing. Scott stands by his and his crew's work. My husband and I had our kitchen completely remodeled . We also had our daughter's bedroom wall removed so that our living room was enlarged and a corner fireplace installed. Don't bother looking anywhere else. If you've called Phoenix Property Ventures, you've called the best!!!"

"THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Our new porch looks perfect!!!! They got back to us very quickly, and after we agreed on the project spec's amd pricing they got right to work. Our old porch was down and our new one was up in just a little over a week. They were even able to repair our leaky side roof! These guys were friendly, professional and very neat. They also offered us financing options which was to have. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to have some home improvements done! We will totally be using them again!!!"
