I needed to have 2 garage door openers installed that I had purchased for a new detached garage. I submitted a request through Angi, and Anthony, the owner of Garage Owl called me right away. I explained what I needed done, and he quoted me a price over the phone, which was very reasonable. I told him I had a couple of other inquiries out there and would get back to him. Once I got off the phone, I looked up his reviews on Angi, and saw 5 stars across the board! I knew from that moment that Anthony was the guy for the job and didn't bother waiting for other quotes. He came out the next day to install the 2 openers. Let me tell you, Anthony is a total pro. He is very meticulous, and it was clear to see that he is extremely knowledgeable and is truly passionate about his work. He took the time to explain how he was going to approach the install, answered all of my questions and concerns, and encouraged me to ask him anything else that might come up during the install. I should also mention that since the garage was just recently built, thinking ahead, I had purchased 2 sheetrock patches for the ceiling where the garage door openers would be mounted to. Anthony happily installed them for me at no additional cost! Also, my garage doors are 8 feet tall instead of the standard 7 feet, and Anthony informed me that I needed an extension kit for my openers, which was sold at my local Lowe's store. He took the time to run to the store to purchase the 2 kits for me. Also, I had purchased 2 universal keypads, which didn't seem to work with my Chamberlain openers, so Anthony graciously swapped them out with 2 Chamberlain branded openers that he had, at no cost! In the end, the installation was neat and flawless, and Anthony is a very kind and a super nice guy! He also went over the routine maintenance that I should carry out to keep my openers running optimally, and he also warranties his work. I am so glad that I hired Garage Owl, and highly recommend Anthony and his company for anything you need garage related. Thank you so much Anthony for a job well done! You are forever my garage guy now, and will call you anytime the need arises. Today was the second time I called the very helpful Anthony Jobe with a garage door issues. My bigger garage door was having trouble closing. In a call that lasted less than 10 minutes, Anthony told me how to clean the door sensors--and like magic, the door is working again. I can't say enough good things about Anthony and Garage Owl. Anthony is great, very professional, polite and punctual. He answered all questions, replaced springs on both garage doors, lubricated and aligned them, the doors work perfectly and are much quieter than they used to be.

Came out for what was supposed to be a free estimate, started bending the garage door track and loosening bolts (without authorization) then told me there was a service charge and had me send money to his wife. Very shady.

Anthony/Garage Owl is terrific! Came out the same day and got my jammed garage door working smoothly again by replacing the old corroded wheels and ball bearings. Very straightforward about pricing options and didn't upsell us. I'll definitely be using Garage Owl again for the rest of our garage door maintenance!

Omg! Luved this company. Excellent customer service and he gave me a free remote to add to the 2 that came with the garage door opener kit. Prices were great! I had been quoted $1600 from a competitor company and felt I was about to be scammed so I used Owl instead. I don’t normally highly recommend but I do with this company. He installed my garage opener in under 1 hr. Now I have a light and my door opens quietly. Yayyy! I’m so hyped about my door.
