"I called United Heating and Cooling on a Friday morning to see about scheduling an appointment to get our furnace inspected. Within half an hour from my initial call, I got a call back telling me that they had a tech in my neighborhood. They asked me if I was going to be home and he would stop over on his way to his next job. Ten minutes later he arrived and the furnace was inspected. I'm glad they were able to fit me in so quickly. It was supposed to get cold the next day, so we were all set. In the past I would have called around to several of the bigger named companies in my area. Since United came and put in a new furnace for us, this is the only company I will call.
