Recently had some warranty work done on our propane generator unit, we were very happy with the service during installation and we have been equally happy with follow up maintenance calls, the automated text response and timing updates allowed us to be present and available during service for questions... our technician Mike Root was courteous informative and diligent with his care and maintenance of the machine offering tips and even some self performance guidance... since we rely on our generator to keep us going during an emergency or when the power is out it's equally important for us to be able to depend on a service and maintenance team that is dedicated and knowledgeable

The job was started and completed in 1 day including the installation and connection of new propane tank! Underwriter inspection and all approved quickly! Hurricane Solutions did all the coordination with propane vendor all I had to do was stand back and watch!

I called Hurricane Home Solutions and had an estimate for a whole house generator. When it was time to install the generator, the team was on time. They were extremely careful of my property when setting the generator in place. the team kept me informed as the installation progress went on. The installation was done in a timely manner. When completed the team made sure that all house appliances were working properly. Before they left, they suggested that I have them do the first oil change to insure I knew how and what to do properly. I would recommend Hurricane Home Solutions to anyone over their competitors.

Hurricane Home Solutions Southern Tier, Inc. called me and set up a appoiment they came on time inspected everything gave me a quote that i know was very reasonable , they set up a install date called me a week later and were able to come sooner then the oringnal date . they came and had the install done is a few hours , there employees were very extremely professional , answered all of my questions . they didnt make any kind of a mess and picked up after them selfs . I would highly recomend them to any one . it was very refreshing to get what some one to perform a job and do what they said they would and when they would do it . total job took only 3.5 to 4.0 hours with no down time. 6 stars to the Company and its employees

Requested a quote online, and received a call back within a few hours. Scheduled an in-home evaluation and the best salesman I have ever worked with, Rob Seeley arrived on time. Very to the point, not pushy, answered all questions, and for the one that he wasn't sure about, he made a phone call. The company pushed ahead with our installation because of several and frequent power outages in our area. The installation crew was very impressive. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. Great product vs. cost ratio. Electrical inspector who checked their work, as required, after installation remarked that 'this company always does good work.' Completed the work in less than a day with little intrusion into my at home activities. One thing I would add is I wish they had spent a little more time explaining the controls and operation. I still don't know what the one circuit breaker on the outside does or if/when it would be used.
