Our usual job types are driveways, patios, walkways, garage floors, basement floors and things of that nature. - We strive for perfection at UPC and our jobs will be complete your job in a timely fashion. We at the same time will spend the extra time and energy to make the job perfectly tailored to each customers needs. - UPC has been in business for over 10years. We are a family run company made up of a father, daughter, and son in-law. We have a great dynamic with good communication between each other and the customers we work with.

"I wish I had read the other review before hiring Thayer as we had the exact same experience. Unprofessional and sloppy. Cracking weeks after pour and “painted” edge/boarder is chipping and pealing. Their power washer was not working so, without asking, they took OUR brand new, never used one from our garage (after walking around the garage and finding our own gas to put in it), and power washed the house and front door and patio. They chipped the paint on the front door and house and made a huge mess of the surrounding driveway and landscape. There is concrete spatter and concrete dust covering the whole front of the house. Poured excess concrete in the yard from their wheelbarrow (two different spots) to dry out and they never removed it. Then they drained and washed their truck on the driveway (on a hill), which is still covered/stained in concrete. No, I would absolutely not recommend Thayer for any concrete or stamped patio work!"
