We needed to upgrade our wi fi network to use Zoom and similar things without dropping the connection. Chris gave us a clear, reasonable estimate based on the successive steps we could take, and he then installed a new router and repeater that seem to have solved the problem. He took the time to explain the system carefully and to note its capabilities. We will certainly contact him again if we need further help, and I'd recommend ComputerCrisis to anyone who needs this kind of work or general computer help.
