Angela (the owner) was impressively responsive, collaborative and spoke frankly about what work was feasible, what would be challenging and what things would cost. We had planned to start the attic renovation in mid March but a slot opened up in her schedule and we wound up starting six weeks early. The first thing that caught my attention was how prompt they were. If the start time was 8am, they would be outside at 7:55. As a professional project manager, that really made me happy. Angela’s crew (Jason and Steve) and the subcontractors were all expert craftsmen and worked efficiently, collaboratively and took wonder care to protect the rest of my home. One instance I want to call out was how one day I was delayed in coming home from running an errand. While I was out, the work wrapped for the day but Jason didn’t have a key lock the house.
