"We contacted Mr. Luiz Velozo of  LAV Contracting Company for an estimate. Mr. Velozo promptly provided an estimate and a date for the job to be done. Mr. Velozo and his assistant did an excellent job corking the bathrooms and installing replacement kitchen cabinets in our basement. Though the installation of the replacement kitchen cabinets were challenging, Mr. Velozo addressed the  problem. He purchased additional materials to  properly install the kitchen cabinets. We did not like the color of the corking in one bathroom.  Mr. Velozo offered to remove the corking and apply a different color. He removed the corking and applied a different color without a charge. We were extremely pleased with the work performed. Mr. Velozo was respecful, pleasant and skillful in performing his work.  Mr. Velozo arrived early and worked diligently to complete the work.  Mr. Velozo offers outstanding craftmanship with reasonable prices.
