Gustavo exceeded all expectations. He and his crew put in five long days of hard work, they went above and beyond,, and the results were extraordinary. Gustavo had great ideas. He and his crew were respectful and cleaned up the space each night. They finished ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the results.

Gustavo and his team were phenomenal. The scope of the project evolved a lot after starting yet Gustavo was extremely fair with the pricing and tried his best to stick to the original timeline. His ethics are unmatched and did not deviate at all from his original quote for the initial job. From the day he started, you could tell Gustavo's primary objective was to ensure 100% satisfaction when it comes to quality and value. There was a fair amount of structural work such as removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a complicated support beam. The final result looked like the house was originally built like this. So from the structural elements all the way down to the bathroom tile grouting everything was done with expert precision. Was also amazed to see how tidy his crew kept the house and cleaned up every single day and didn't damage a thing during the 6m renovation. He even helped out with minor things around the house outside of the renovation project which he did with full care. Couldn't recommend Gustavo and his team more. Can never go wrong hiring a great person who gives 100% to deliver.

Gustavo Lojano is a skilled carpenter and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction. He takes pride in his own work and expects the best from the other craftsmen on his team. He isn’t happy unless his customer is happy. He recently did a complete bathroom renovation for us. His suggestions made the finished product even better than we expected. Additionally, he corrected some work that had been done incorrectly in the past and would eventually have caused us problems. His prices are fair and well worth the money considering the quality of his work.

We've worked with Gustavo on two projects and I would absolutely hire him again in the future. The most recent project was fairly large. We hired him as the general contractor to convert our unfinished attic space into two bedrooms and one bathroom. This involved demolishing a portion of the roof, framing a large dormer, and the entire interior, electrical, plumbing, insulation and all finishing. I could trust Gustavo throughout the process and could tell that he put great pride in his work and was always striving for quality. For example, I am not particularly knowledgeable about construction, but one of our neighbors pointed out to us that they noticed he was using high quality materials compared to the wood that comes from home depot. We had the architect on site several times throughout the project and he never had any concerns with the work being done. No issues came up during any of our inspections by the town and the building inspector also made comments to us that the work looked to have been well done. We got several bids on the project and I also appreciated that Gustavo gave us an itemized proposal including separating material and labor costs for all the work he was planning to do. He was also willing to work with us on creating a reasonable payment schedule for the project. The other project was more medium size. During our home inspection prior to purchasing our house the inspector identified that the construction on the deck in the back was done very poorly by the previous owners. The joists were all rotting, flashing was not installed correctly causing the sill plate of the house to begin rotting. The project involved repairing the poorly done work. The project was a few years back so I can't remember all the details, but there were no hiccups of note that I can recall.

We hired Gustavo to remodel a 1960s house we purchased and we are pleased with the outcome he and his team delivered. Remodeling included vaulting our living room and kitchen ceilings, adding steel beams and refinishing kitchen and bathrooms with new plumbing, cabinets and tiles. Gustavo is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and the codes. His team and the subcontractors listen to him and they work together very well. Gustavo Lojano is the first person I reach out to when I have a project in mind. And after wrapping up on one project, I'm usually already planning what the next project he can help on is. That's how much I trust his work. Below are quick summaries for projects he's completed for me over the years. Bathroom Remodel - This was my first time hiring Gustavo, and thank God I did. I was completely able to rely on his experience and expertise. I could trust that everything being done was to code, which was very important to me since it's an old house. And to speak on his work ethic, he's a contractor that takes pride in his work and ensures that the best quality is put forth. He was on-site everyday to check in on his team and make sure everything was being done to his standard. (fyi, it was, the people he hires are also great) In the end, the bathroom turned out great.  Staircase Refinish - I hired Gustavo again to refinish the main staircase in our house because there was no way I'd let anyone else near the job. I only trusted him and his team to get the job done correctly. Despite it being a very tedious and time consuming project, his team did an amazon job, from sanding to staining, an A+ job. Washer/Dryer Install - I know when I have a project that involves multiple departments, Gustavo is the person to call. Since he takes so much pride in his work, he surrounds himself with and collaborates with people he trusts and who also do good work. For this install I needed a plumber and electrician, which he was easily able to provide and coordinate with. The project turned out great. He even saved me from making a mistake on a layout decision, proving once again how much I trust his experience and expertise. Kitchen Ceiling - One of the projects I unfortunately didn't have Gustavo on was my kitchen remodel, and to this day, I wish I had. One of the main eye sores our other contractor left us with was an issue with the ceiling. But Gustavo 1. noticed it right away, since any good contractor would have, and 2. was able to fix it easily and at a fair price. If this was Gustavo's kitchen remodel, he never would have allowed for an error like that to go uncorrected.

It was a couple of years ago that Gustavo and his team totally renovated my kitchen (down to the studs), and every single day since I am 100% delighted with the results. Gustavo's takes great pride in his work and the end result reflects that. Meticulous attention and care are paid to every detail, no matter how small. I highly, highly recommend him

Our house was sagging and fixing it was a huge complex job that required digging out a lot of dirt, lifting the house, re-routing plumbing, replacing broken beams and posts, and laying plastic and rocks to contain moisture. Mr. Lojano took on the job and was extremely professional and responsive. He showed that he knows what he's doing--at times even more than the structural engineer we hired! Excellent quality of work, which once all is done and paid for, you have to show and enjoy. Gustavo and crew punctually arrived everyday, put in full work days, left a clean site each night, and met all commitments to schedule and price. Change orders, which were inevitable in an older house with unforeseen conditions, were reasonably explained and justified, and not unfairly priced. I highly recommend. Particularly good carpentry for a few built-ins, and the tile work was flawless.
