We changed some pipes and fittings when it was cheap and practical but also reused hardware that was still in good shape. Even with a bigger tank footprint he was able to install it to take up less space and make all the controls easier to reach or use. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and why and he made sure we understood how everything with the new hot water heater worked including regular maintenance. Throughout, he treated my wife with the same respect he treated me. He followed up later in the day to make sure we were happy and everything was working well. We grabbed some of his cards so we could recommend him to friends and family. We are extremely pleased."

"Doug and his team did an excellent job on my kitchen! My kitchen was very old and hadn't been remodeled in a very long time. Doug and his team took out all the old paneling (including the plaster behind it), and installed drywall, new flooring, new countertops, and new sink. He even took the time to install baseboards, window and door trim that matched the rest of the house. All for a very low price! Would definitely call him for other projects."

Not only does the composite look beautiful, but they took extra time and effort making the new stairs safe for me. Due to a health issue my feet don't always go in the direction I want them to. I mentioned falling and breaking ribs on my old steps/porch. Without me even asking, Brian ordered and installed extra sturdy hand rails to prevent future falls. He also customized to our needs for having steps go in two different direction, one from front door to the deck, one from front door to driveway level. Another contractor we called for an estimate could not figure that out. Dream Work Designs had no problem, and also was the least expensive. Affordable quality work, attention to details, and his wife/bookkeeper, Karen, makes payments easy, right over the phone. They came out Sunday and transplanted a tree. Next is replacing window screens."

"Ray was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appt. to come check out the job. The day he came, he gave me a written quote. I obtained other quotes but felt New Life was my best choice. He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. I would recommend Ray and New Life without hesitation as the job they did was fantastic and now we can enjoy our new looking house! I would use them again in a heartbeat."
