Carter Exteriors installed a Very nice Corning roof on my home in the peppercorn color. they were very professional and clean. they took their time to protect my plants. The salesman Jim was not pushy like the reps from [Provider Information Removed] who were very pushy and demanding. it was a fantastic experience and they finished my project in the same day even though all my plywood needed changing. There pricing was in line with my other estimates not the cheapest but not the most expensive, Jims Knowledge was what won us over.

I was so impressed with the efficiency of the crew. Unlike some hired crews, there was no loud chatter, no loud radios, no long breaks. Just 4 guys who knew exactly what their job was, worked hard from start to finish, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. All 3 guys I dealt with were super pleasant and knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend this company anytime.

It is scary to contemplate spending so much money on re-siding oneâ s home. But when the representative from Carter Exteriors came to my home to explain things to me and give me a quote, I knew I was in good hands. As the time came to do the job, Austin Carter coordinated with me about the best time to start, and he sent the most congenial and hard-working crew. Very expert at the job with a minimum of fuss and noise. Four really respectful and nice guys who worked hard and were polite. I would give Carter Exteriors a six -star rating. Superb tradesmen and nice human beings. Plus, my 1962 house, which had been looking quite shabby with its deteriorating wood shingles, now looks gorgeous. THEY ARE THE BEST!! --Janet B

I had to over see his crew. Forman showed them the job and left. I think only one of them spoke English I had to tell them to replace rotted plywood. They did a nice job overall. Forman had to come back to replace a rotted board they missed They tried to clean up as much as possible. It took awhile to get their receipt. And it took awhile to get GAF warranty paperwork

We had a great experience with Carter exteriors. From the first phone call, to the finished product was a easy and smooth. We highly recommend these guys.

The roof replacement went OK... just ok. But, there was water damage due to the fact they decided to start even though heavy thunderstorms were in the forecast. The contractor they hired for the drywall and painting was very poor never once arrived on time 1-4 hours late if he even showed up when scheduled! Carter never completed all the repairs they said they would. All Austin Carter cares about is collecting his payment. Should have withheld more money. does not reply to email, does not return phone calls. I should have withheld more money or even not have paid anything at all!

This company is up there with the worst for customer service. After the GM blew me off for 2 months I tried contacting the main number and had to leave 5 messages before the owner finally called me back. They owe us repairs on the roof and the inside where water damaged drywall as a result of their work failing and allowing a leak this winter. Finally scheduled the roof repair only for 7/23, but no one showed up or bothered to call. Reached out to find out why and when it will be done now and as of 8/3 no contact. It does not have to be this way. A little communication would go a long way, but apparently once they get their money they just do not care.

I do not give five stars often but they earned them.From start to finish they followed through.The exact material,time frame,clean up and inspection.The crew was none stop.We wanted to do local, after checking reviews we chose Carter Ext. and we are glad we did.I know that price is not always a factor of quality but a consideration(having been in the trade years ago. Turned out, they were the best price any way out of six est.I would recommend any time for any size job. Gary N. Lima NY

From our first meeting until the final completion, this is a company we were very pleased with. We are thrilled with our new roof. Carter Exteriors arrived when they said and had our very large roof removed and replaced in three days! They also matched their quote exactly. When the work was completed the area around our home looked as if no one had been there. The roof is beautiful and the quality of the work is outstanding.
