I am extremely upset. Dave took our money and does not return phone calls, has not been back in several weeks to check the traps and every time I call the number it says the voice mail is full. I sincerely hope someone sees this message and contacts me immediately. I am so frustrated.

I hired the company but they did not complete the job so I called every day they did not answer and I paid in full

They disappeared overnight without a call back. They are unwilling to work with us. They are not returning calls. They did not complete the job. They certainly took our money and left us with squirrels in the wall that still having access to the outside.We may seek legal action

David, Nick and Jay all did amazing work. They were all very professional from the start of the project to the very end. If I had any questions or concerns they answered all of them. Upon coming back to retrieve the traps nick fixed a problem I had spotted after their main work was completed! I would highly recommend them!

Jamien, the owner of the company, is very professional. The team is knowledgeable and they work fast. His team got to work on a major rodent removal project in my house, and after five hours, they sanitized my attic insulation and sealed up alol entry points to the house. I was impressed. They also warrantied their work, so I am definitely going to recommend them going forward.
