"I hired this company last October to illuminate mice and squirrels in my basement. In the beginning I thought highly of John and Anthony and thought they corrected the problem but in January the squirrels were back. I called them and their phone number says that the voicemail is full. I wrote to them and asked them to call me. They never contacted me and still haven’t. I keep trying to contact them, but they refused to accept my calls. John told me I would have a guarantee to get rid of them for one year which did not happen. I am totally frustrated that they won’t even have the courtesy to call me back. I would not recommend them at all."

My father has spent most of the last 9 months in and out of the hospital and somewhere along the way brought bed bugs home. This was a disaster! They were literally eating my parents alive and I'm 800 miles away! I called many people but Tim was different than all of them. It has been a very very long road in getting the bugs cleared. My parents' home is very cluttered which made this process extremely more difficult to rid the infested house of these horrific bugs. Tim stuck through until the end. He kept me in the loop without me hunting him down. He would check on my sweet mom on weekends.
