+ -1 moreWe had a privacy fence installed well over a month ago! From the time they arrived, It was a complete mess! Was repeatedly told they could not install the fence as what was originally planned! Came down to, they didn’t want to be bothered! Hours later, someone else shows up and they flew thru it! Within a few days, we found boards that were not nailed & large gaps between the boards!!!! I’ve been calling twice a week for over a month with NO RETURN CALL from Scott the owner!!!! REALLY, the OWNER can’t find 5 minutes in over a month to return a call!!!! By far, the worst customer service and company we have ever dealt with!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!! Once they have your money, their done!!!

+ -1 moreThe job went well. The old fence posts, which were anchored in concrete, were removed and new posts installed in their place. All work was completed in a timely fashion and the new fence was accurately constructed and had a good appearance.
Description of Work: Remove an existing stockade wood fence and replace with a new wood fence.

Description of Work: I was looking for a fence to be installed about 325' worth, I have called this company 2 times and have left voice mails and they to this day have not even returned a phone call, to me this speaks volume and says a lot about how they run there business, it only takes 5 minutes out of your day to return a phone call, so there is no excuse to not return a phone call in my eyes. I have been self employed for 30 years and have never done this to ONE CUSTOMER in 30 years.

Description of Work: Put a dog ear fence around the pool. Took down the existing fence. The men who came to install it were wonderful and very professional (one of them was Tony and maybe Elias?) Very please all around. Will use them again when we put up a privacy fence.

Description of Work: Called to have Empire quote a 180' wood picket fence. After leaving a message they called back and we set up a time to meet so they could take measurements. I took off from work to meet them. They never showed up and never called. Thanks Empire for wasting my time.
