We have been a customer for over ten years. Noticed bees in our home and called to get a date of annual spray, after calling in three times, finally got to speak with someone and was told they were behind 2-3weeks. After the first spray, which was an "emergency appt" they tried to reschedule, still bees in our home, came back and sprayed a second time. We still have very active wasps getting in somewhere and after days of calling, they will not respond to any of the messages we have left.

He stated that he inspected your entire home and did not see any Bees at all and no Bees entering your home. The second exterminator also treated your entire home and they also did not see any Bees entering your home. You received two full treatments for the price of one. Both exterminators did not see any Bees. You probably seen Bees in your house by them entering in and out of your doors as you use them. We did not charge you extra for the emergency. As far as our services that were behind, the weather did not cooperate with us this year. We had snow and freezing degrees in the middle of May. We usually are almost done with our Spring treatments by then. Any of the other exterminating companies, I am sure, ran into the same weather related problems. Excellent. Josh and Mike were great. Josh knows exactly what to do and was very thorough. I have a very old house, in a rural area, that has lots of pesky insects that like to call my house home. Will continue to use this company as they outperform my old company by 100%

A check was mailed for a year of treatment the beginning of March. I have not heard a thing but the check was cashed. I called several weeks ago and was told they had to wait for temps to get over 50 and that someone would be out the following week. No one came, no one called. I called again today and was told the same thing. None of this makes sense since they treat for mice in the spring and fall with bait traps. After questioning this I was told they schedule by area but she was unable to give be any idea of when I would receive service. I have asked for a refund of my money but was told they would have to look into it and would get back to me. Needless to say, very unhappy with their service

You have been with us for many years and know our Seasonal Service Agreement as it has not changed since we have been in business. You opt to pay our Early Order discount instead of paying the regular price as you always do. We then put you on our list for treatment by zipcode. We always call you 1 to 3 days ahead of time before we get to your zipcode unless it is a Bee emergency. You know that is why you paid us in March. When you called us in the beginning about 3 weeks ago, we told you that the weather was extremely cold, snowing, and very low temperatures. We told you we can't treat when its too cold, raining or snowing and night temperatures to not be under 50 degrees. Our sprayers would freeze up and for other various reasons. You know that also. When it started to warm up you called and demanded to be done that day. We told you if it wasn't an emergency that we will get to you by the next week and we would call you ahead of time when we are coming as we usually do. We treat by zip code and already had our bookings for that day. We wanted you to be happy so we squeezed you in and serviced you the next day out of our zip code area. We can't control the weather. So again, we are sorry you were unhappy but we did the best we can due to the circumstances."

I called Global because of a previous positive experience with an estimate. I'm having lawn and fall cleanup done and the landscaper found yellow Jackets in two spots on the lawn. I called and they sent Josh and another young man out. They quickly took care of the issue with no problems. I would definitely call them again. From the initial contact with the woman that answered the phone to the technicians they send, they are professional, courteous and most of all honest. Not easy to find. Their estimate was also the least expensive!

Excellent company. Did the job with no problem. I have a contract with another company (T) that I have had nothing but problems with. They said they came out and sprayed my gutter where the problem was but after 2 weeks - I knew they had not because I still had the problem - I alerted them and they ignored me and did not call back. These bees were vicious. and constantly attacked. Global got rid of them in one day! It has been a week now and I have not seen even ONE. My back door and patio are mine again and I thank them. I will be calling THEM for my yearly treatment in the spring. They actually do they job you pay them for. Thank you Global!

Company no-showed/no-called for our first appointment slot (9am-noon on a Saturday) and didn't answer their phone. We left a message requesting a callback. They called us the following Tuesday and left a voicemail at 10am saying they were putting us on the list for service to be done that day, then they called at 11am saying they were 20 minutes away from our house. Since we couldn't get home in time to allow them in the house, they just put bait traps around the exterior of the house. We called back that afternoon and made an appointment for 9-10am the following Saturday to get indoor bait traps placed. Then on Saturday morning they no-showed/no-called and didn't answer their phones again! Do not use this company. They will waste your time, no-show/no-call, reschedule you with no notice, and not complete the full job. Awful experience.

Visit #1 tech was supposed to arrive between 8 and noon. He showed up at 1:30. He was knowledgeable and explained how he would set bait. He said they would be back in 2 weeks. When we didn't hear from Global in over 2 weeks we called. The follow up visit was to be in the morning...he showed up at 4 p.m.! He was rushed, not friendly and gave little explanation of what was going on and if he thought our problem was solved. Two weeks later we have more mice. I called and explained and complained about the terrible service so far. I was assured that Global would get after it and would be there at the end of the week (Friday) in the morning between 8 and 11 a.m. Global called in between 8 and 11 to apologize that they were AGAIN going to be late (between 11 and 1). By 1:30 no one showed up or called. I called the office again and again got an apology but that they were still running late. I told them I was done with them! The techs may know what they are doing but Global's service is terrible. I will never use them again and would never recommend them!

Professional came on time. Made suggestions to try before treating inside, sprayed woodpiles outside where ants and bees were seen and told to call in a week if not successful. It was successful.

The company came out quickly and did addressed the problem. One of the hives was still active after a couple of days, and the company came out again to finish the job at no extra cost to us. The technician communicated with us about what he was doing and what we should expect. He was friendly, and worked quickly.

We have had a mice problem for years and tried to control it by setting traps, using plug in devices, peppermint oil and moth balls. I was very skeptical of the benefits of using an extermination company. How wrong I was! It got to the point where we could hear them in the walls and, the final blow, they ate off the fringe of a beautiful Bokhara oriental rug that was stored in the basement. I researched companies and decided on Global Exterminators because of the reviews on Angies List. They came right out and placed the traps in the basement, garage and outside of the house. This is 1 month later and the noise has ceased. The price was minuscule compared to the havoc that they have wrought! I wish I had called them years ago!

Fall of 2017 - It went very well. Global Exterminating came the very next morning. After surveying the outside of my home and watching the bees for a bit they determined there was a large next in my basement (I thought it was outside) and other smaller nests on the outside of the home. They treated the home, advising it may take a few days for the bee activity to end due to the large problem I had. If it didn't take care of the problem with one treatment, they asked me to call them and they would return until the issue was resolved. The bees were much less noticeable but still saw some activity in certain areas. I phoned them after about a week. Again, they came right away and treated the home a second time which totally fixed the problem. The technician was very respectful of my property and my pets when entering and inspecting my basement for nests. Bees are always an issue with cedar homes and I will call Global Exterminating in the spring next year and have the home treated BEFORE I have a problem.

It went very well. I removed the first nest, but couldn't get at the one in the wall, so we called them back and they came and did their usual treatment, which got rid of the second nest. No more wasps, and the poison didn't get into the living space.

I found them on Angie's List. They are a local company. They are not a franchise as I have determined. They are a small company. They came in, and I told them the areas in the house that are affected by ants. The guy baited in the areas I indicated on the inside. They sprayed on the outside, and sprayed around the perimeter of the garage. They also sprayed for the carpenter bees for the outbuilding. When I see a few more ants next year, I will be calling them. Once they treated those areas, I saw no problems.
