Quick and clean

Max and Dan of Kustom Tree Care Inc. are professional, friendly, and professional. They trimmed our large maple and cherry blossom trees with great care and precision. While they worked, they joked with each other and they genuinely enjoyed working together. I could speak with them as they worked and get to know them well enough to know them and their commitment to high-quality work. They cleaned everything up beautifully. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them for your yard's tree care

Though I am pleased with the amount of trimming Kustom Tree Care did for the money I paid and the quickness in which they were able to schedule my job, I am not happy with the way my yard was left once the job was complete. I was fully expecting things in my yard to need to be moved around, shifted etc, for them to get at every angle of my trees that needed to be cut as I had a great deal of branches sitting on top of my roof, however my expectation was that all things of mine that were moved would be put right back. I left for work the day my trimming was done around 8:20 AM, and expected to come home to a job well done. I came home to find my walkway lanterns all thrown into my bushes out of the way, several broken, and some had to be thrown out due to damage. My bricks aligned around my tree in my front yard were all shifted and moved around some thrown more than a foot from where they are supposed to be. I was also left with piles of wood shavings all over my front and back yard that I will have to clean up come spring. I fully understand some things canâ t be avoided when trimming trees, however these things were just careless and rude. I feel it was only respectful of the crew to place my things right back where they found them once trimming was complete, and this is not what happened. I also feel the communication with Kustom was a bit impersonal and somewhat unprofessional, as I only ever communicated with their employees via email and no one ever even identified themselves by name (I had to look at email addresses). The day the crew showed up to do my job I did not know anyone by face or name or who to expect. I was extremely nervous handing the check over as I wasnâ t even told what crew members to expect at my house that day. Overall I do not want to slam this company entirely as they did trim my trees very throughly and weâ re able to schedule my needed work very quickly. They also provided me a very reasonable price package for the work needed. But I am absolutely not pleased with the other elements I was left with. My yard and personal items had no business being tossed around and left like that for me to clean up. Sadly for that reason I would not recommend them to a fellow consumer unless they donâ t care about things in their yard being tossed around!

Once again Max and crew came to remove a two dead Ash trees 150â fall on property. They promptly started at 8:00 and finished about 3:30 - 4:00 that same day. Site was clean of debris and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Again highly recommended this company.

Max, the owner, personally came to the house and inspected what needed to be recovered. We spent time discussing problem areas and on how they will proceed, placement of equipment, removal and clean up. The bid was very reasonable, and on the day the work took place; they were 15 minuteâ s earlier than expected, when over the procedure once more and got to work. Within about 3 hours all the trees were down, limbs and stumpâ s removed. The crew worked safely and was careful of the next door neighborâ s home. I would highly recommend this company if you need trees removed. I have already rescheduled Kuston Tree Services to remove a dead Ash tree.
