XX Terminator arrived right on time and sprayed my two story multifamily from top to bottom and in the basement.They also sprayed my garage for hornets. I haven't seen a hornet, spider or ant since, except dead ones. Their work is guaranteed for 3 months and I will swear by their service. The former owner is now elderly and his daughter has taken over the business and she is just great.
They also just came (6/18/15) and picked up a large male raccoon that they caught for me. It had been using a section of my roof as a latrine. They came and cleaned up all the mess, set two traps (one by a privacy fence where he was climbing onto the roof and another on the roof). Two nights was all it took to catch him and they charge very reasonable prices. (200.00) including trap rental.
I would never use anyone else.
