He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. "I.E. Flooring was very easy to get a hold of when needed. I told them I was going to provide the material. Ivis came as scheduled took measurements and told me exactly what I was going to need, including the self leveler I didn’t know I needed. I’m glad he knows what he’s doing. He didn’t just lay the floor over the ugly green tile like many would do. He took the old tile off and installed the floor. Very little wasted material. Quick and efficient. My wife and I are very satisfied with the way the floor came out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be contacting him shortly for more projects."
