At first seemed like the problem was corrected, but it didn’t work. Over the phone he told us it would cost 450 dollars and sent a tech. The tech fixed it for nothing and it still makes a loud noise when you close it. I was bothered he made an estimate without coming back himself to see.

I was happy with the company. The repairs was outstanding, fast, and professional. Joe Green cleaned up the garage and removed the old garage door opener. I had a brand new Keyless Entry installed by the garage and 2 car controls remote. The company exceeds all customer service expectations. I would recommend Green Overhead Door to my friends.

This happened around 8pm. I called and he was at my garage by 8:30. Got the door to close for the night and promised to send someone the next day to fix the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost. Mr. Greene was prompt, polite, and true to his word. I will use his services if ever there is garage door problem in the future.

Emailed Joe and he called back immediately, was expecting a service call the next day or so but Joe was out at my house within an hour. Replaced the spring and lubricated and adjusted door opener. Had a spring break one morning prior to work. Due to the weight of the door, the opener was unable to lift it. Called another garage door company to set up the repair and was given a date two-weeks away. Unacceptable. Called Greene Overhead Door and Joe had a repairman out that afternoon. Repair was complete, quick and reasonable. The technician was very proffessional and while on site, lubed the door rollers and hinges. The door has never been this quiet. Would highly recommend!

A cable on the garage door snapped on Friday afternoon. I called Greene Overhead Door. He answered the phone and took my number then called me back as soon as he was able to. He scheduled us for Saturday and came and completed the work on Saturday. We are very pleased with his response and service. Will definitely recommend him and use him again.
