"We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. "Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work. Mack and his team were on time, got right to work, and I was truly amazed at all that got accomplished while I was at work. When I got home, Mack took the time to explain what remained to be done and his schedule for finishing the project. Precision Painting Plus even had a Consultant (Cindy) available to walk through our house and give professional feedback on color blending and/or selection. With work starting in early December, we had Jonathan Kramme as our on-site Manager. He was available at all times to discuss project and supervise painting staff. Company handled the scheduling very well considering that the floors had to be sanded, stained and poly-coated. We are very satisfied with the professional work done by the whole team.
