He got to work right away fitting us into his schedule, even though he does alot of commercial and more substantial jobs we felt as though we were just as important. Now after a year I have filed a complaint with BBB and gotten a partial refund and took him to small claims court and won my case for a full refund which I still have not received. I am just hoping to add a review for him or report him for fraud so he cannot keep doing the same thing to other customers."
