"Steve came and tested our water. He was friendly, professional, and competent. He showed us that our previous water softener and water filtration system were not only doing nothing, but the were installed incorrectly and were not up to code. His employees installed a new water softener for us, and did not charge extra for the additional labor it took to get things up to code. I feel confident we got a quality product at a good price. He also pointed out extra filtration systems we could add if the softener didn’t give us the result we wanted, but said we should install one thing at a time so we didn’t have to pay for anything we didn’t need. Our water tastes SO much better and we are happy. It’s important to trust the company doing work in your home and we trust aquascience."

So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."
