Unfortunately I no longer live in NY state and am not in need of his services. I write this review again because anyone can make a bad decision, it's how we handle the decision afterwards. I truly believe Jorge was overwhelmed with work and that is the reason for his cancellations. I would recommend this pro because he believes in delivering exceptional customer service and has proven that with my situation."
