These guys were AMAZING. They were able to start my job sooner than expected and were very communicative about the process and everything they were doing. They were also able to do some mortar work I needed done on my retaining wall and include everything into one project and price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent Experience! I would hire them again in a heart beat. Sam Communicates along every step of the project. Pride in their work and delivers on quality. Mike and Sam complement each other as partners in the business . David and Stephen as employees were equally as great to have on my property working for the week. The job was labor intensive removing stone wall by hand around a gas line! Definitely felt they earned their payment on this project.

I would highly recommend hire them for any landscaping needs. They poured a concrete walkway, built retainer wall and installed Sod in three days fighting the weather. They take pride in what they do and very knowledgeable. My yard looks amazing!!!

Sam was very communicative throughout the entire process. He also made sure to sculpt the driveway so that rain water would run off and not pool near the basement window wells. He even went above and beyond to pave the spot to the side where we keep our recycling and garbage bins. Highly recommend and will be using Sam and his team in the future!

Sam and his crew were very professional. There was a lot of communication throughout the project. The crew showed up with all the equipment and they went right to work. They lifted the back of the garage, dug down to the footing, replaced cinder blocks, stabilized them with re barb and cement, poured cement floor. Then installed drainage pipe and stone around the foundation. They started on Monday and were done on Friday. We are very happy with the quality of work done and have future projects for them.

The owner, Sam, was very straight forward with discussion regarding the job. They were. On time and polite and did a great job.

Sam and his crew did more than just dump some asphalt on my driveway and roll it out. They took into account how the water drains downhill onto my property and sculpted the driveway so the water runs off away from my house and garage. They also dug a 100' drainage ditch on the uphill side to redirect water flow. Advanced Property Transformations was not the lowest bidder on the job. But, the quality was well worth the money.

They did an excellent job of pouring a concrete patio slab.

Sam and his crew did a great job installing a concrete pad for a hot tub. A few weather delays (no fault of APT); but in the end the job was completed accurately and completely. I am blown away with how well it looks, and Samâ s attention to detail. The worksite was properly cleaned up after the concrete was poured. Very pleased.

Sam Younes and his assistant, Brendon, were great to have at our house for a week. They worked around some difficult weather, altering their normal schedules to accommodate the damp & cold conditions, while accomplishing what needed to be done in a timely manner and without compromising any of the job's requirements. Sam explained what he was doing and why, before & during the excavation and laying of the pavers. He answered all of our questions, maintained a consistently positive attitude, and made minor requested adjustments during the project to suit our needs or wishes. All disturbances to the surrounding landscape were returned to normal, or improved upon, when they left with all of their equipment. Sam is a professional who clearly likes what he does and wants to give his customers a satisfactory outcome. You can't have better results than that. Get on his schedule ASAP because he will likely be a very busy guy this summer and fall. He's that good.

If you are looking for honest, talented landscaper Sam is the guy. He is a great person with a great personality. He and his people are not only professional, but are efficient and do beautiful work. His price was reasonable, lower than his competitors. My project was complicated since I wanted to make a landscaping on slopped terrain. We had to remove a lot of dirt, build a retaining wall with stone and create a visual affect with huge boulders and stepping stones. I could not be more pleased with final result and Sam's and his crew workmanship. In Spring I am planning to make photos of the finished project and add to this review. Thank you Sam!
