He has worked mostly on my mother's furnace and also done plumbing for her. It was expensive for what he did, I thought. He also fixed the furnace and I thought he did a good job. I think he could have given us a better faucet for the price that he charged. I think he could have done it quicker. The responsiveness had always been good. He is just a little old guy that runs his business; he is not a businessman, but he is polite. He is available and the prices are usually reasonable.
