"The worker came for about 45 minutes - left to do something for about an hour and 20 minutes. He came back and did another 45 minutes of work. I was ready to pay him after he completed the job but he said the office had to bill e offocially - which was fine.I asked him approximately how much he thought it would be - he said approximately $200 -which sounded reasonable. Approximately 2 nights later the billing department called me and billed me $520. When I pointed out the discrepancy in what the electrician told me and what she was billing me- she said when he was gone from my house he was getting "parts" and she had to bill me for the time he was gone from my house - because he was getting the "parts." He changed 2 switches, not sure what parts she was talking about. "
