Steve Daigle estimated the job. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted which was 240 volt/50 amp capability to keep a hot tub running enough to prevent freezing in the cold weather. Then he left and spent another day researching and communicating with me until he found the perfect solution. We ended up installing two Ecoflow Delta Pro 3's and a 50 amp hub and a switch that removes the entire house electrical system from the grid and runs every circuit in the house off of the batteries. Morrice installed the system in one afternoon and it works perfectly! It's a nice tidy installation and way above my expectations!

When I requested an estimate. Steve showed up on time . He gave me fair one , he didn’t exaggerate any thing or try selling me services unnecessary . He was accurate and specific on what’s needed . The price was fair for the job . They came in on time next week . Did a great job with changing the whole panel and rewiring the whole thing in just a day . He also put a timer on my pool pump and when I had questions next day , he answered all my questions promptly and even dropped by to make sure everything looks good . He and his team were very nice and very professional and very patient. Took the time explaining and answering all my questions. I recommend them and I’d hire them again.

They were absolutely amazing!!! Not only did the do a wonderful job it was not overinflated in price. They also saw some other safety issues and fixed that for no charge because they believe in keeping everything safe. Truly honorable and amazing and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Dragon electric installed our generator hookup and did an excellent job, we have had them back for other electrical work and they are always on time and do excellent work. Highly recommend them.

It went very well. They inspected the breaker box as well as all the light switches and plugs for proper wiring, made suggestions, and sent an itemized list of what it would cost for services.

He wasn't pushy when he gave me the estimate to have the box replacement. He was very nice and professional. He explained the problem very well and told me when I was ready to have the box replaced to call him. So far the replacement break is working out just fine.

I got them from Angie's. They gave me some tips or hints. Then I took advantage of their replacement of our entire electric service in 2015. I had them here twice. Once was for the inspection, once was to replace the in coming electrical service. I think that was like $50 or $60. It wasn't an awful lot. The first time and last time, I give them A across the board. A for everything, the promptness, the professionalism and even putting up with my silly questions. It was done professionally. It was done when they said they'd do it. The first time, they gave me an estimate on price of doing the full house. I think it was two years later when I called them back. I said, 'You gave me an estimate two years ago. How much has it changed?' He told me it hadn't. The price stayed the same for two years. I just felt good. They were here when they said they'd be here. They were here a long time. They were here whole day. They had to coordinate it with national grid too. They solved any problem we thought we had with our service so it was wonderful.

I had a very good experience with them. Angie's List was running one of their deals for almost 50% off to replace a power panel, so I had them do it. They were pretty professional at it. They didn't have all the parts, I had to wait a month for the final parts to come in, but they were real good at installing them. On the whole, I would recommend them. The best part was their customer service. I called Angie's List first to figure out how I go about it and the guy told me to go ahead and set up an appointment and then when I had everything set up, to just go ahead and purchase the deal, which I did. After I purchased the deal I get all these emails saying this is how I contact them and everything else. They were here on time and they did what they needed to do and finished it up in one day. It took them about 10 hours to replace the panel. The only problem I had with that is they didn't have all the parts and it took them a month to get the parts, they were on back order, which I found kind of strange if they're going to run a deal like that and then they run out of parts. But as soon as they got the parts it was done. The owner himself came out and made the replacements.
