In discussions I made it clear I expected a quote and contract for "everything said and done" and our contract read very clearly "contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for such work". Their workers came and began working and it was only after two hours I learned that the MSI "home office" had instructed the plumbers that they were not to open any walls. This meant that the responsibility of opening the walls and exposing the pipes to the plumbers fell on me, the homeowner. After about 20 minutes of attempted DIY demolition I realized it wasn't feasible for me to open up the walls so that the plumbers could do the work they agreed to do. Next they offered up a different contractor at a rate of about ~300 an hour who could come and open the walls for us. It was a learning lesson - as soon as things got fishy I should have told them to pack up and go home. I called someone else and not only did they fix MSI's work but they gladly patched and painted my walls. I cannot suggest hiring MSI for any remodelling work."

"I have been using them for the past year to care for my lawn. Last year, they cleaned the leaves from my lawn when there were still a ton of leaves in the trees so I ended up having to clean them up again on my own. This year they claimed that there were weather delays so they couldn’t get a crew out to clean my leaves until the week after the township picks up the leaves from the curb. I called them the day after I got a violation notice and left a message. I was told to send an email. It was around the holidays so I cut them some slack but I only have 10 days on the notice to clear my leaves. They still didn’t answer after a week so I left more messages with their service. Finally I demanded a call back. Instead, the president Tom Ross simply answers my email stating that he has never had an issue in the past 25 years. I answered immediately asking how this could be fixed and still no response. How can they be so blind as to my problem at hand? I called again today after speaking to the service again and finally spoke to someone at the office. Now they want to charge me an extra $150 for their mistake and said they would be able to arrange for it next week, 2 weeks after I first tried to speak to them. No thanks. I’m done with you. I called 2 other services and they answered right away, in comparison. 1 offered to take care of it the next day. Don’t waste your time or money here."
